Coach is the coaching system behind the game. A room of peers, shared materials, and real support for the people who run the practices and make the calls.
Support, not scripts. Coach exists so the person holding the bucket has company: honest reads, shared materials, and decisions talked through before they are made alone. No certifications, no franchise, and nothing that pretends a paper makes a coach.
The Room
A standing table of coaches: film watched together, practices planned in company, the standard written by the people who live it.
The Shelf
Materials drawn by choice: practice frames, drill progressions, and the notes coaches trade. A library, never a script.
The Calls
The real work: the honest read of a roster, a practice built as a set of decisions, and the development-versus-winning call, owned.
The floor, handled: background checks, SafeSport, and sanction registration are the bodies' requirements, and the club administers them, so the paperwork never pretends to be a credential. Early, and built in the open with the coaches who join first.
