A Fastpitch Co. system · The coaching system
Never alone with a clipboard.
Coach is the coaching system for fastpitch. A room of peers for the people who make the calls.
The room
Honest reads, shared materials, and decisions talked through before they are made.
The floor
Background checks, abuse prevention, and sanction registration, handled by the club.
The decisions are the job.
